Get Ready For The Latest NDIS Price Guide Changes

The National Disability Insurance Agency has released an updated version of the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (Price Guide) which will take effect from 24 November 2025.

Changes to the Price Guide include:

  • removal of measures introduced to address COVID-19;

  • clarification on supports that can be funded by the NDIS;

  • changes to claiming rules regarding provider travel, including to reflect updates to the Modified Monash Model;

  • changes to how group-based supports are claimed;

  • as well as other changes.

These are the latest in a series of major changes to what services NDIS providers can provide in exchange for funding, along with the prices and charging terms for that service.

What to do

Providers are responsible for monitoring for changes to the Price Guide and other laws, and making any changes necessary to comply with those changed requirements by the time they take effect. We recommend that providers carefully check the new Price Guide to find out whether there are any changes that may impact your services and charging arrangements, including any updates that might need to be made to your service agreement template as a result.
